Description  

Queens Birthday weekend

A longish (4 days) but not too challenging trip staying in huts. Traversing the main divide and going through some magnificent country. DOC is proposing to downgrade this track to a route because of the low use numbers. We must do our bit to support this part of the Hut & Track network in our backyard.

We want to run this trip as a cross-over to facilitate transport with 2 vehicles carrying parties starting at each end and meeting in the middle. A minimum of 5-6 starters is required. Please advise your interest asap.
